DSY is looking for an experienced Accountant to join a successful private Mining Services business based close to Perth’s CBD. Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a hands-on position requiring someone comfortable undertaking varied work from transactional accounting to engaging with senior management in the Boardroom.

About the role

- Full monthly management reporting.

- Commentary and analysis.

- Cashflow forecasting.

- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

- Lead the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Drive financial systems development, identify and assess new system requirements, plan upgrades, integrations and technology improvements.

- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

- Manage implementation, optimisation and ongoing maintenance of business and finance systems.

About you

- CA or CPA qualified with 3+ years post-qualified experience.

- Background in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME).





- Previous staff management experience is a must.

- Strong financial controls and process improvement experience.

- Hands-on cash flow and month-end capability.

- Confidence working with senior and operational stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
