Job Description

NRMA Parks & Resorts in New South Wales is seeking part time call centre professionals to take inbound calls and book reservations for members and guests. Roles are hybrid, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, based at the Sales Centre in Gosford, with some home-based rostered days.

Initial training is conducted full-time at Gosford, followed by ongoing shifts on Thursdays to Sundays with 6-hour blocks, and flexibility to cover peak seasons.
