Psychologist | Paediatric & Adolescent Caseload | Neuro-Affirming
Are you a Psychologist looking for a role with genuine variety, strong assessment exposure, and a team that actually lives its neuro-affirming values? We're recruiting on behalf of an established, multidisciplinary paediatric-focused private practice in Melbourne, where neuro-affirming practice is embedded into the way the whole team works.
This is a excellent opportunity to join as a senior, trusted clinician within a growing practice, with genuine input into how the psychology service develops.
About the Role
- Part-time, 3–5 days per week (negotiable), employee model, not a contractor arrangement
- Mixed caseload across paediatrics and adolescents (optional work with adults) working directly with clients and/or through parents
- A strong pipeline of assessment work already in progress, including cognitive and educational assessments
- Broad scope across assessment, counselling and intervention
- Predominantly clinic-based, with community sessions and minimal travel (occasional local visits only, kept close by)
- Regular peer catch-ups and case discussion with the wider therapy team
- Work alongside a genuinely neuro-affirming, multidisciplinary team
About You
- General AHPRA registration; Educational & Developmental endorsement highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years' postgraduate experience
- Confident delivering psychometric and cognitive assessments (WISC WAIS, ADOS)
- Comfortable working across both paediatric and adolescent clients
- A warm, collaborative clinician
