We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our Botanic Ridge team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, delivering great customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday (6:30am starts), with flexibility to work occasions Saturdays.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing incoming and outgoing vehicle transactions
- Operating the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
- Processing tickets, payments, and documentation
- Assisting drivers, contractors, and customers
- Ensuring compliance with CoR and EPA requirements
- Supporting a robust safety culture across site
- Managing phone, email, and radio communications

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a weighbridge, waste, quarry, logistics, or transport environment




- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and EPA requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
