Estimator – Residential & Commercial Construction

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and building cost plans
- Assessing project risks, opportunities, and construction methodologies
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Managing RFIs, clarifications, and tender submissions
- Working closely with project managers and delivery teams to align pricing with execution strategy

Role Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience estimating within construction (residential and/or commercial)
- Sound knowledge of the subcontractor market and current construction costs
- Robust ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Experience preparing take-offs, cost plans, and tender submissions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work
