Position: Reception Manager (Full time) /n

Join us in creating genuinely memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As the Reception Manager, you will manage all front office operations while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What you will do: /n

/n

- Oversee the day to day operation of the Front Office department to ensure guest service is delivered in line with IHG True Hospitality Service Skills and Holiday Inn Service Standards

/n

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and IHG brand standards.

/n

- Provide regular coaching and training to the Front office team

/n

- Inspire and engage your team through strong communication skills and leadership.

/n

- Handle guest feedback, deliver exceptional service, and ensure a high standard of IHG One Rewards delivery.

/n

- Support budgeting, labour management, financial reporting and auditing.

/n

- Promote occupancy and revenue growth through upselling and walk-in conversions.

/n

- Oversee billing compliance, safety protocols, and emergency procedures as Chief Warden when required.

/n

- Ensure adherence to WHS and IHG brand standards.

/n

- Act as Duty Manager when required.

/n

The ideal candidate will have: /n

/n

- 3+ years of hotel guest service experience including in a management role.

/n

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business (preferred).

/n

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

/n





- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

/n

- Robust English communication skills

/n

- WA Manual Driver’s Licence

/n

- Approved Manager certification

/n

- Current police clearance (within 6 months).

/n

- Valid RSA and Food Handling Certificate.

/n
