About the Opportunity

Due to an internal secondment, an exciting 12-month contract opportunity has become available within our Global Marketing team. We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Advisor to deliver marketing initiatives that connect with customers, support our partners and drive business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Working across CRM, social media, digital and web channels, you'll bring marketing ideas to life while using data and insights to optimise performance and enhance the customer experience.

You'll have the prospect to work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and emerging AI-powered marketing tools, helping to create personalised customer journeys and innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results. Partnering closely with sales teams, dealer stakeholders and colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in supporting customer growth, brand awareness and partner success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with data, taking ownership of campaigns and seeing the direct impact of their work.

Your key contributions include

- Deliver customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web and digital channels.
- Build and implement customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Maintain and grow SilverChef's organic social media presence across Australia and New Zealand.
- Contribute to SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.




- Support internal teams and external stakeholders on marketing initiatives and contribute to lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.

- Strong copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, Power BI, Hootsuite or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as Copilot or Claude will be highly regarded.
