Location: Organisation-wide, with travel to residential aged care homes, retirement villages and corporate locations as required

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager – Residential Aged Care and the Manager – Retirement Living, you will support the delivery of marketing plans, communications projects, campaigns, content and events that strengthen brand awareness, community connection, occupancy, customer engagement and stakeholder relationships.

The role is organisation-wide and will involve travel to residential aged care homes, retirement villages and corporate locations as required.

- Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, public relations and local community channels.
- Write, edit and proofread engaging content for residents, families, employees, referrers, partners, media and the wider community.
- Maintain website content, social media, email marketing, digital advertising support and online enquiry pathways.
- Develop stories that showcase resident life, care quality, retirement living, employee experiences, community partnerships and services.
- Support open days, expos, information sessions, village sales, admissions, occupancy and local promotional activities.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, designers, printers,

photographers, media contacts and suppliers.
- Monitor campaign and digital performance and use insights to improve engagement, enquiries and conversion.
- Ensure communications are accurate, accessible, respectful and compliant with privacy, consent, regulatory and brand requirements.

About you

- A demonstrable and active Christian faith, with the maturity and sensitivity to communicate the Christian message to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in marketing, communications, public relations or content, ideally within aged care, retirement living, health, community services, not-for-profit or another service-based environment.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills across varied audiences and channels.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, communications projects, events or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Digital capability across website content management, social media, email marketing, advertising support, analytics and content planning.
- Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience editing and managing content through WordPress.
- Graphic design experience.
- Strong content creation skills, including the ability to design brochures, promotional materials, visual artwork and other marketing collateral.

- The ability to create visually engaging content for both digital and print platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building, organisation and project coordination skills, with sound judgement and discretion.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, a current driver licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Desirable experience

- Experience in aged care, retirement living, home care, health, disability, community services or another regulated care environment.
- Understanding of resident rights, privacy, consent, person-centred communication and contemporary aged care expectations.
- Experience managing creative, digital, media, print or public relations agencies.
- Experience supporting sales, admissions, occupancy, customer acquisition or local area marketing.
