About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and capable Marine Tour Guide to join our team on a full time basis.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working across multiple tour types on the water. You’ll be guiding guests, assisting with operations, and helping deliver exceptional experiences every day.

You will also bring a strong, positive energy to each tour and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide guests during in-water Sea Lion Interaction Tours
- Assist with Rock Lobster Tours and Fishing Charters
- Support snorkelling and occasional scuba diving activities
- Deliver clear, engaging and educational guest briefings and commentary
- Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy onboard workplace
- Maintain strong safety awareness and follow procedures
- Work closely within a small, high-performing team

About You

- Confident in the ocean with strong situational awareness
- Naturally positive, high-energy, and great with people
- Outgoing, engaging, and confident leading groups




- Physically capable and comfortable in a hands-on role
- Takes pride in delivering premium customer experiences
- Passionate about marine life and conservation
- Previous marine tourism, guiding, or relevant experience preferred
- Available to start immediately with working rights
- You’re the type of person who naturally lifts the energy of a group and makes people feel welcome

Desirable Qualifications

- Dive qualifications (PADI or equivalent)
- First Aid, CPR, Oxygen certification
- Hospitality or customer service experience
- Marine Biologist
