About the role The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, producing, and managing the School's key publications and communication materials. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to engaging with internal staff, department heads and external suppliers to determine publication and collateral requirements, manage project timelines, communicate updates, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality marketing and communication resources. The position reports to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Advancement through the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating content, editing, and production of Saints Alive, the School Yearbook, the weekly eNews, the School Prospectus, and other School publications.
- Producing and/or updating internal/external communications collateral including handbooks, brochures, invitations, signage and posters through graphic design and/or text.
- Liaising with the School's external suppliers in relation to quotes, print proofs, delivery of services, etc.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal staff and department heads to identify collateral requirements, communicate project updates, and coordinate priorities and deadlines.
- Researching and sourcing content for a variety of internal/external communication pieces.
- Drafting and editing text for various communications.
- Assisting with the development and update of the School's suite of marketing materials including digital and hard copy Prospectus, confirmation forms, new student packs and other collateral.
- Assisting with the production of advertisements and promotional material as required.

About you

- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design and/or related discipline are highly desirable.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a communications, graphic design or marketing position.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign,



Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to platforms such as WordPress and Campaign Monitor.
- A demonstrated ability to manage excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
