Patterson Cheney & Westar Trucks is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. Working across some of Australia's leading commercial vehicle brands, you'll play a key role in creating engaging campaigns, producing content, managing digital platforms, and supporting events that drive business growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support marketing activity across Patterson Cheney Trucks and Westar Trucks, helping deliver campaigns that support our Sales, Service and Parts departments.

Based at either our Dandenong or Derrimut dealership, you'll work closely with dealership leaders and key stakeholders across:

- Patterson Cheney Trucks (Dandenong & Pakenham)
- Westar Trucks (Derrimut & Campbellfield)

You'll develop content, coordinate campaigns, manage digital channels, support events, and help drive customer engagement across our truck dealership network. Travel between dealership locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing campaigns across Sales, Service and Parts
- Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels
- Develop and distribute EDM campaigns
- Manage website content across internal and external platforms
- Plan and schedule social media content while monitoring performance
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and promotional materials




- Capture and edit video content for vehicles, dealerships and campaigns
- Work closely with dealership departments to deliver marketing initiatives
- Maintain and develop customer databases and marketing lists
- Assist with expos, conferences, trade shows and dealership events
- Support internal communications and marketing projects
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing results
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

About You You'll be a creative, organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing campaigns (EDMs)
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics
- Experience updating website content and digital platforms
- Basic video filming and editing skills
- Strong writing, communication and content creation abilities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills




- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
