We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can bring fresh thinking, strong commercial judgement, and confident execution to the next stage of our growth.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set the direction, build momentum, and turn great ideas into practical marketing that drives results.

You’ll lead marketing across Australia and New Zealand, shaping the annual plan, delivering campaigns across multiple brands, and bringing our products to life for trade, dealer, and consumer audiences.

It’s a role with plenty of variety and ownership. One day you’ll refine a campaign strategy or product launch plan; the next, you’ll be working with designers, sales teams, agencies, suppliers, or media partners making it happen.

What You'll be Doing

- Own the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for Dynamic Wheel Co. across Australia and New Zealand.
- Create and deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, support product launches, and drive engagement with dealers, trade customers, and consumers.
- Lead activity across digital, social media, websites, email, trade media, events, sponsorships, and dealer communications.
- Work with designers, agencies, suppliers, influencers, and media partners to deliver polished, practical, and on-brand marketing assets.
- Oversee content, websites, SEO, campaign performance, and marketing reporting, using insights to keep improving results.
- Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to turn business opportunities into marketing activity that makes an impact.

About You





- You’re an experienced Marketing Manager, or ready to step into a role where you can own the function and get excited about the work that you do.
- You know how to balance strategy with execution and can move confidently between planning creative ideas, campaign delivery, and reporting.
- You bring strong commercial judgement and understand how marketing supports sales, dealer engagement, and customer demand.
- You communicate clearly, with strong copywriting, project management, and organisational skills.
- You’re comfortable working with senior leaders, sales teams, designers, agencies, and suppliers to deliver creative work that also makes commercial sense.
- You’re proactive, capable, and hands-on - someone who can see what needs doing, make decisions, and keep things moving.

Highly Regarded Experience

- Automotive, 4WD, wheels, tyres, aftermarket accessories, or lifestyle brands.
- B2B, wholesale, dealer network, or trade marketing.
- Trade shows, events, sponsorships, CRM, marketing automation, or e-commerce.
- SEO, content optimisation, or using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
