THERAPY™ is a new integrative neuro wellness centre in Eltham, open 7 days a week, bringing together a full studio program, a gut-health café and restaurant, and a complete wellness centre under one roof — cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, our Neuro-Suite, and more. It's a one-stop shop for movement, nourishment, and recovery, and we're looking for people who want to help shape it from the ground up.

We're looking for Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructors to join our growing team of movement facilitators, teaching across both our heated and regular class formats.

About the role

You'll lead classes that go beyond the physical — sessions grounded in breathwork, intention, and somatic flow, designed to help our community move, regulate, and reconnect. This is a studio that values depth over performance, and instructors who bring genuine presence to their teaching.

We're also after someone curious about the wider wellness modalities we offer, and keen to learn how they connect — so together we can offer our community a truly integrated experience, not just a class.

What we're looking for

- Certified Mat Pilates and/or Yoga instructor (qualifications in breathwork or somatic practice highly regarded)




- Confidence teaching both heated and non-heated classes
- A grounded, intentional teaching style — able to hold space as much as lead a workout
- Genuine interest in learning about our wellness modalities (cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, and more) to support an integrated client experience
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in nervous system health and holistic wellbeing
- Availability across a mix of days, including weekends, given our 7-day operation
- Experience working in a wellness studio, health centre, or similar environment preferred
