In 2024, we relocated to a brand-new, purpose-built medical facility, providing a modern and supportive environment for both patients and staff. We are a 12 GP teaching practice with an active Registrar training program and a collaborative multidisciplinary team culture.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth within a supportive practice. Key Responsibilities

- Front desk reception and patient liaison
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Processing payments and Medicare billing
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Administrative support to doctors and clinical staff




- Maintaining accurate patient records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in a busy general practice
- Be highly organised and reliable
- Demonstrate robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well both independently and within a team
- Show initiative and problem-solving ability
- Maintain a professional and positive approach
