- Facilitation and delivery of training regarding produce handling, storage and display training in both 1 on 1 and group settings

- Produce merchandising in accordance with the merchandising guides

- Completion of reporting requirements

- On shelf stock management

- Store visit compliance

About The Candidate

- Presentation skills (ability to speak confidentially to a wide variety of people)

- Robust communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices, whilst seeking continuous improvement

- Highly motivated

- Willingness to learn, improve and share best practices within D2C

- Establish, develop, and maintain deep relationships with key retailers

- Attention to detail

- You MUST have a car and a valid driver's license. This role consists of traveling to different stores.
