Supawood is a leading manufacturer of made-to-order decorative and acoustic lining systems used in commercial projects throughout Australia.
We’re looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Bathurst team and safely deliver our products to customers and project sites across NSW.
This is more than simply driving a truck. You’ll be trusted to make sure products arrive complete, on time and in good condition, communicate professionally with our customers and look after the vehicle you’re responsible for.

What does the role involve?
You’ll primarily drive a rigid truck requiring an MR licence, with deliveries typically from Bathurst to:
- Sydney and surrounding areas
- Canberra
- Regional NSW
- Other locations as required
A typical day will generally be around 8–12 hours including breaks, depending on the delivery schedule, traffic, loading and customer requirements. Most trips commence and finish in Bathurst.
Your responsibilities will include
- Safely delivering complete orders to customer and project sites
- Ensuring products arrive in good condition
- Checking delivery documentation and load requirements before departure
- Correctly restraining and securing loads
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery times and site requirements
- Assisting with loading and unloading as required
- Keeping the truck clean and presentable
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting maintenance or repair requirements
- Representing Supawood professionally when dealing with customers and others on site
What we’re looking for You’ll stand out if you have:
- A current MR licence or higher
- A strong commitment to secure driving
- A positive understanding of road rules, fatigue requirements and load restraint
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to manage your time and work independently
- Confidence driving in Sydney and other busy metropolitan areas
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Care and attention when handling customers' products
- The ability to adapt when schedules or customer requirements change
- A practical, team-focused attitude
Previous delivery driving experience would be beneficial, particularly within manufacturing, construction or similar industries. A forklift licence and experience operating a Hiab would also be beneficial.
This role could suit an experienced delivery driver looking for a change, or someone who enjoys being out on the road but also wants to be part of a wider team.
