Multi-Skilled Pool builder / Structural landscaper

$45–$60/hour based on experience + vehicle allowance

South Coast, Southern Highlands and Illawarra – Full-Time

About the Role :

Zen Building Pools and Landscapes is expanding and we’re looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Pool Builder / Landscaper who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a agile, high-quality construction environment. You will be looking to take the step up to a Leading Hand / Supervisor role now or in the future.

This isn’t your typical job.

You’ll be part of building architecturally designed swimming pools and outdoor spaces, where an eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential. Our projects involve complex pool structures paired with design-focused, premium finishes. These packages include site set-out and preparation, technical earthworks, steel fixing and formwork, pool plumbing, tiling, and finishing works to complete integrated entertaining areas, all built with an eye for detail and exceptional craftsmanship.

From foundations to final handover,



you'll work closely with our trades, apprentices, and clients so strong communication, leadership, pride in your work and accountability are key.

We’re after someone who backs themselves, solves problems, and takes ownership. Someone who wants to play a leading role in part of a crew that builds things properly—with care, precision, and pride in the result.

Must-Haves :

· Qualified Landscaper (Certificate III in Landscape Construction)

· 5+ years’ experience in Landscape Construction Pool Building

· Current driver’s licence

· WHS White Card

· Own tools.

· Strong problem-solving and site-thinking skills

· Experience across:

- Site set out
- Formwork, steel fixing
- Pool plumbing
- All aspects of tiling

· Ability to read plans and site drawings

· Confident leading an apprentice, labourer and other trades on site

· Great communication with clients, the team and other trades

· Organised, detail-focused, and solution-driven

Remuneration
