Typical Project Work Our field services teams support a wide range of customer projects, including:

- Device refresh and deployment programs
- Retail and store rollouts
- Branch and office upgrades
- Network installations and migrations
- Wireless and mobility deployments
- Smart Hands support
- Technical surveys and audits
- Rack & Stack activities
- Lift & Shift projects
- Data centre activities

No two projects are the same. One week you could be assisting with a desktop refresh at a local office, the next supporting a multi-site technology rollout, wireless deployment, or data centre migration.

This is field-based work that requires onsite attendance at customer locations. While assignments vary in scope and location, successful technicians will enjoy working in different environments and delivering hands-on technical support directly to customers.

Assignments may range from single-site visits through to larger multi-site project rollouts depending on your location, skills and availability.
