For an experienced sales consultant considering a move, the proposition is compelling: strong buyer enquiry, significant marketing investment, warm leads, a dedicated Sales Associate and uncapped commission with OTE of $250,000–$500,000 per annum.

The Opportunity You'll manage prospective homeowners from initial enquiry through to sale, converting warm enquiries and display-home traffic while continuing to develop your own pipeline, referrals and network.

About You

- Demonstrated success in new home sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability
- Excellent prospecting and follow-up discipline
- The ability to build and manage a substantial sales pipeline
- A proactive approach to referrals and new opportunities
- The ability to work effectively with and develop a Sales Associate

Weekend work is essential, with either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday as your regular days off.
