Jadestone Energy Australia are currently seeking applications from experienced Western Australian based Materials & Logistics Coordinators for a full-time position on the Montara facility.

The Materials & Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing specialist logistics and procurement support to the offshore facility, including inventory management, purchasing, logistics coordination, dangerous goods compliance and oversight of accommodation and catering services. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient movement of materials and services required to support offshore operations.
Key accountabilities of the position are:
- Manage inventory and warehouse activities, ensuring stock records remain accurate and aligned with system data.
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement activities to ensure materials and equipment are delivered offshore in a timely manner.
- Coordinate logistics and freight movements via supply vessels and helicopters to support operational requirements.
- Manage Dangerous Goods processes, including compliance with IMDG and IATA regulations and maintenance of associated registers and records.
- Act as the focal point for offshore accommodation, catering and hotel services.
- Maintain relevant QA/QC, compliance and supply chain records to support safe and efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics and supply chain processes while supporting effective coordination across offshore and onshore teams.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Approximately 8 years' Experience in logistics, purchasing, warehousing or supply chain operations within the oil and gas, resources or related industries.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods management, transportation and storage requirements.
- Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving capability and sound decision-making skills.
- Integrity and strong business ethics.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Current IMDG and/or IATA certification.
- Current TBOSIET, MSIC and CA-EBS.
