Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Onsite Tyre Fitter / Tyre Fitter to join our team.

The Role

As an Onsite Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and replacing tyres for a range of vehicles and machines. The role involves both workshop-based and mobile/on-site tyre fitting services, delivering excellent customer service at all times. This role is in high demand during seeding and harvest. Whilst these times it requires overtime and longer hours, this makes up less than 6 months of the year, creating a managable and sustainable work/life balance. Based on demand the role will see you out and about across the Great Southern and Wheatbelt and in store when not onsite. This role will suit those who may be looking to step away from the mines into a role that sees them home every night and with hours allowing them to be present in their home/family life.

Key Responsibilities

- Fitting, balancing, repairing, and replacing tyres, including large agricultural and industrial tyres
- Conducting wheel alignments and tyre inspections.
- Providing mobile tyre fitting services at customer locations.




- Performing vehicle safety checks related to tyres and wheels.
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Delivering excellent customer service and professional advice.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Completing relevant job documentation accurately.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Good understanding of tyre fitting procedures and vehicle safety.
- Robust work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with agricultural/industrial tyres.

MR or HR licence
