Anila Recruitment is supporting a high quality not-for-profit OOSH service near Five Dock. We are currently seeking an experienced OOSH Coordinator/Manager to join a fantastic team on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Details
- 3 block shifts per week, 10am–6pm
- 2 split shifts per week
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a service catering for up to 90 children each afternoon
- Step into a service with strong routines and systems already in place around daily school transfers and collections
- Lead and support a stable and experienced team
- Work alongside experienced Responsible Persons within the team
- Support children with additional needs, with dedicated IIS educator support
- Provide guidance and support to educators around behavior management and Positive Guidance Plans
- Build strong relationships with the school, Principal, families and wider community
- Ensure daily routines, staffing and service operations continue to run smoothly

About You We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an OOSH leadership role such as Director, Coordinator, Nominated Supervisor, 2IC or Assistant Coordinator
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and requirements relevant to OSHC
- Solid knowledge of OOSH programming, compliance and child safety
- Confident managing staffing, rosters, family communication and day-to-day operations
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, School Age Education or a related field highly regarded
- Current WWCC, First Aid and CPR
- Child Protection certification
