Nature's Energy is one of Sydney's most established day spa and bathhouse groups, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market: wellness, recovery and self-care.

Bathhouses are booming, wellness is no longer niche, and we've been replenishing what life takes out long before it became a trend.

We're now looking for a mature, hands-on Operations Manager to run our three venues as one high-performing operation - building culture, holding the team accountable, developing our people and managers, and getting every site operationally sharp before our next venue opens.

The Role

This is a highly operational leadership role for someone who likes being on the floor, close to the team, and connected to the guest experience — while keeping the bigger operational picture in view across all three sites.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the group, leading teams of up to 20 per venue each day, building a calm and professional environment even when it's busy, and lifting every site to a consistent standard.

You will oversee and support:

- Leading and coordinating operations across three inner west venues





- Building a solid team culture and a genuine standard of people accountability

- Mentoring and developing front-of-house leads, therapists and site managers - growing our next generation of leaders

- Being hands-on on the floor while managing priorities and service flow

- Facility and building management - presentation, maintenance and fast, practical troubleshooting when things go wrong

- Managing rostering and labour through Deputy

- Driving premium guest experience and service standards

- Building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community

- Helping drive business performance, team culture and local growth

- Reporting directly to the COO

About You

We're looking for an exceptional people leader and mentor who can build culture, drive accountability, and run a business hands-on. You'll bring:

- A track record of developing people and managers, not just directing them

- Comfort leading sizeable daily teams (up to 20 per venue) across multiple sites

- Calm, decisive troubleshooting under pressure
- A practical understanding of facility and building management

- Full Australian work rights

You may currently be an Operations Manager, Area/Multi-Site Manager, Venue Manager, Hospitality Operations Leader, or Assistant General Manager ready for a broader remit.
