- My client is an established residential and commercial developer with a strong pipeline of projects
- They've built a team where people stick around and staff turnover is low
- Construction, Development and Administration work closely together
- Continued growth with further projects coming through
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with Site Managers to keep projects moving and resolve issues
- Support and mentor the head office construction operations team
- Keep Construction, Development and Administration working together
- Make sure approvals,
documentation and procurement are ahead of construction
- Identify roadblocks early and get the right people together to sort them
- Review workflows and processes and improve the things that aren't working
- Work alongside senior management across the wider construction operation
Who I'm Looking For:
Someone with proven experience in construction operations, who understands what it takes to keep multiple projects, teams and departments moving in the same direction.
- Strong construction background
- Experience working across multiple projects, teams or departments
- Comfortable working with Site Managers and senior management
- Process driven, organised and good at solving problems
- Able to lead people, set priorities and hold people accountable
- Most importantly, you understand what the site teams need from head office to keep projects moving
