Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Paediatric Psychologists to join the dynamic and supportive Allied Health Psychology department.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to hone your knowledge and skills in assessment of autism spectrum disorder within a collegial multi-disciplinary team.
Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.
Services are provided through our six main campuses:
Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.
About the Role:
The role will involve
- Working in the Northern Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment Clinic (NASDAC)
- Providing evidence-based psychological assessment
- Multidisciplinary collaboration and consultation
This position s ongoing part time (16 hours per fortnight). S****uitably experienced Grade 2 Psychologists may be considered for the role.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- An adaptable and team-oriented working style
- Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct assessments of autism spectrum disorder
