We are seeking an attentive and safety driven PitramOperator who will be responsible for the coordination of the underground operational activities, ensuring that safety, production, quality and environmental targets are achieved and recorded by administering mine site operations.
Working on a 7/7 days & nights rotational roster, this position is available on a residential basis only.
Responsibilities
As the Pitram Operator, your duties will entail the following, however not limited to:
- Support safe and efficient execution of the daily underground mine plan
- Monitor and dispatch underground equipment and personnel
- Maintain accurate production and operational data in Pitram
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, technical services and support teams
- Identify and communicate operational delays and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
About You To be successful, you will bring the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Underground mining experience
- Experience with fleet management systems, preferably Pitram
- Exposure to jumbos, loaders, haul trucks and support equipment
- Strong computer literacy and data management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
- Current Manual C Class Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
