Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Planning, booking and organising L&D; related events and programs.

- Capturing and recording attendance and evaluation records accurately and in a timely manner.

- Lodging recommendations from Investigation reports in the Incident Management System.

- Completing reporting in the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an Authorised Reportable Incident Notifier and Authorised Reporting Officer and tracking in MS Teams.

- Coordinate the Sylvanvale RPA Panel and maintain accurate records.

- Support the Practice and Compliance Team as required.

About you

You are a motivated administrator who will thrive in supporting the team. You strive for continuous improvement and take pride in delivering high quality services. You are a great communicator and invest in developing great stakeholder relationships. You excel in accurate and timely recordkeeping.

- Focus on process improvement.

- Quality driven and high attention to detail.

- Positive attitude with an ability to be flexible and adaptable.

- Strong ability to calmly coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Reporting and data analysis skills.

Experience in the disability sector and knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Proda portal and the Department of Communities and Justice Restrictive Practices Authorisation panel is highly advantageous but not essential.

A valid NSW Drivers Licence is essential, and an offer will be subject to a police clearance, a current WWCC and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
