Nestled amongst the beautiful landscapes of the Macedon Ranges and Yarra Valley, Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate are two premium Victorian hospitality destinations renowned for exceptional weddings, conferences, corporate events and dining experiences.

As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for passionate and energetic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our teams and work across both properties.

Whether you love the energy of a busy wedding, delivering seamless conference service, creating memorable dining experiences or working behind the bar, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across two unique venues and be part of a supportive and passionate hospitality team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From welcoming guests and delivering exceptional table service to supporting weddings, conferences and special events, no two days will be the same.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of service styles and events while developing your hospitality skills within one of Australia's leading boutique hotel groups.

About You

We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will ideally have:

- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A positive, energetic and skilled attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and develop your hospitality skills.
- A strong focus on presentation and attention to detail.




- The flexibility to work across weekends, evenings and peak event periods.
- A genuine passion for food, wine and great service.

Previous experience is highly regarded; however, a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
