Design & Build are excited to be bringing to market a unique chance. We are currently representing a national builder as they begin building their first ever South Australia project team. With their first project coming up, a $300m build in the northern suburbs, they are seeking a Design Coordinator to support the project team.

Key Responsibilities

- Review contract and handover documentation from estimating department
- Create projects scope for consultant engagement and design parameters
- Co-ordinate design drawing reviews against contract scope of works
- Compliance with TP pre-commencement conditions
- Assessing RBS checklist for BP compliance
- Shop drawing review and approval
- Preparing project handovers between departments
- Manage 6/7/8/9 process
- Vetting quotes received
- Take and distribute design meeting minutes

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any other relevant field.




- Minimum of 2 years' of experience in design or architecture within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and design software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
