Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Project Support Officer to play a key coordinating role within the North Metro and Mitchell Local Health Service Network Office.

Northern Health is a part of the North Metro & Mitchell Local Health Service Network. Our Network is made up of the following health services:

- Austin Health
- Mercy Health (Mercy Hospital for Women)
- Northern Health
- Seymour Health

The Network marks a significant step towards delivering better-connected, more accessible healthcare for our communities. By working together, we aim to provide care that is closer to home, easier to navigate, and tailored to the specific needs of our diverse populations.

For Part time applicants, we are able to offer 48 hours per fortnight onwards,



with working days and hours to be discussed and agreed upon based on business requirements and your availability.

The Role:

This important position provides high-level administrative, governance and project support to the Office of the North Metro and Mitchell Local Health Service Network. The position performs a dual function, delivering executive and secretariat support to ensure the effective operation of the Network Office while coordinating project activities that support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Network priorities and strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:

Support the Executive Director and Office team to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the North Metro and Mitchell Local Health Service Network. This will include:

- Being the Secretariat to the North Metro and Mitchell LHSN, including scheduling of governance meetings, preparing agendas and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining action logs and registers
- Management of digital filing and records for committee and projects
- Preparing documents for projects, meetings and reporting internally and externally
- Assisting with the drafting and formatting of key documents
- Support to the team with logistics for travel, meetings, workshops, other stakeholder engagement and Network events




- Assisting with project documentation across the life cycle from planning to implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Communication with key stakeholders and committees to manage queries, facilitate timely information and efficient decision making.
