About the role
- We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Sales Consultant to join our team at O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical services to residential and commercial clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Services:
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored electrical solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the electrical, real estate or trade services industry highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.

- Valid driver’s licenses
