At our Prospect store, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:
- Deliver expert advice and outstanding customer service
- Grow relationships with retail and trade customers using our loyalty programs
- Build your product knowledge and confidence
- Drive sales and contribute to team success

- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- Strong attention to detail
