What You'll Do Role /n

As a Team Member or Supervisor , you'll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you'll:

- Deliver genuine,



high-energy service and hospitality

/n

- Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation

/n

- Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace

/n

- Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)

/n

- Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)

/n

- Bring your availability and reliability - especially during key trade times!

/n

- You love fast-paced, customer-facing environments

- You're friendly, energetic, and thrive in a team

- You're flexible and available across weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
