Project Manager | D&C; Current Build

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10 million.

This is an excellent chance for a hands-on PM who enjoys taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover and wants to work within a collaborative team environment.

The Role

- Manage multiple Deisgn & Construct new build projects valued up to $10m.
- Oversee project programming, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration and cost control.
- Lead project delivery from design coordination through to practical completion.

About You





- Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within commercial construction.
- Track record delivering new build projects valued between $2m and $10m.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead site teams and drive project outcomes.
- Relevant construction qualification preferred.
