About the role

As the Bookkeeper, you will report to the Managing Director and General Manager and will provide essential finance management and administration support across two entities. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and values flexibility. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity currently based in Holden Hill but will be relocating to Mawson Lakes within the next three-months.

Duties

- Support and oversee in processing high volume accounts payable and receivable
- Support in processing weekly payroll for 50 salaried staff and contractors
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare end of month financial reports
- Manage employee expense claims

Skills & experience

- Experience in bookkeeping or a similar role




- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong administrative and procedural skills
- Knowledge of Xero or Simpro (desirable)
