We are seeking two experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technicians to join our team:

We are hiring for two roles:

A-Grade Installer:

(Fourth-year apprentices are encouraged to apply)

What you'll be doing:





- Installing a mix of standard and VRV ducted systems

- New Build Residential, New Commercial & Retro-fit residential

- Running and working as part of a small team 3-4 technicians and apprentices per job

What you need:

- Experienced in residential and commercial installations

- Valid Licenses (ARC, White Card, Cert III)

- Exposure to commercial systems highly regarded

Service & Quoting Technician

What you'll be doing:

- Service calls & diagnostics

- Quoting

- Some cleans and repairs

- Occasional Split install

What you need:

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities

- Ability to provide clear job notes, reports, and technical recommendations

- Valid Licenses (ARC, White Card, Cert III)

These full-time roles offer variety, stability, and the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive team environment.

Ontop of this we are also hiring for a residential sales manager & a commercial estimator.
