Pinnacle Sales Group is a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across two face-to-face sales divisions. Our team represents established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community-based fundraising campaigns.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll work alongside an energetic field team across different Sydney locations. You’ll meet current people every day, build genuine rapport and learn how to turn confident conversations into measurable results.

We’re not looking for a finished salesperson. We’re looking for someone with energy, reliability, ambition and the willingness to be coached.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide fully paid training from your first day, daily coaching and hands-on support from experienced leaders.

What you’ll receive

- $37–$47 per hour, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic earning potential of $80K–$120K+ OTE
