Speaking Beauty is a skin & beauty clinic located in the Noosa Hinterland town of Pomona (30 mins from Noosa)

If you have a love for performing skin treatments, have a way of making clients feel instantly comfortable and are confident to work on your own as well as in a team then this is the role for you!

*The Role

Perform all aspects of beauty including waxing, lash & brow treatments, massage, relaxation facials with a big focus on advanced skin treatments including peels, LED, nanoneedling, skin needling and dermaplaning.

Skin consultations, prescribing home care and creating treatment plans customised to each individual client.

Assisting in some admin, client follow ups, helping to greet clients, rebook and check out, as well as turning around treatment rooms.

Casual role Mondays & Fridays with the option of more days leading into a permanent part-time role in 2027. Ideally versatile to cover more days leading up to Christmas and cover holiday leave.

Start & finish times flexible (work around school hours if you need)

*The Perfect Candidate

Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist.

Minimum four years of industry experience.





Confident in working independently including opening and closing of the salon, problem solving & working well under pressure.

Skilled in all aspects of beauty therapy and comfortable with massage as well as intimate waxing (female only).

Experience in IPL an advantage but not essential.

Loves to learn and grow and take on more responsibility in the business as time goes on.
