About the Role
Make your mark in radiation oncology as a Medical Physicist, applying your expertise to deliver safe, precise and innovative patient care. Join a collaborative team where you'll work with advanced technology, shape practice and share your expertise.
- Lead complex medical physics testing and services
- Optimise safe, reliable radiation therapy systems
- Apply specialist expertise to improve patient care
- Guide staff and students through education and training
- Collaborate across radiation oncology and health teams
- Champion quality, safety and professional standards
About You
You'll bring a strong foundation in medical physics, a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in improving radiation therapy. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise, support others and contribute to high quality patient care.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold recognised undergraduate and postgraduate Medical Physics qualifications
- Hold suitable RO medical physics certification or eligibility for registration
- Hold or be eligible for required South Australian radiation licences
- Bring experience in radiation therapy physics, quality assurance, and radiation safety
- Communicate well, support others and contribute to research and innovation
