About the role

CQ Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, switched-on worker to join the crew. This is not an entry level labouring position. We're looking for someone with solid hands on experience in fencing, landscaping or construction who can come onto site, understand what needs to happen and produce quality work without needing to be constantly supervised.

Key responsibilities

- Security, chain mesh, Colorbond and timber fencing

- Retaining walls

- Gates and gate installations

- Structural landscaping

- Excavation and site preparation

- Work on residential, commercial and infrastructure projects

- Read and follow job cards, plans and project instructions

- Carry out work safely and follow required workplace health and safety procedures

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with each project

About you

- Previous fencing, landscaping or construction experience

- Current White Card

- Manual driver's licence preferred

- Confident using construction tools and equipment

- Reliable, physically capable and willing to work

- Able to think ahead and solve problems

- Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work

- Works well as part of a crew and takes direction when required





- Experience with machinery, concreting, welding, gates, retaining walls or security fencing is a big advantage
