What you need:
- Experience in a real estate or BTR setting,
in property management, leasing or assistant property management
- Current Agents Representative Certificate, Victoria
- Police check issued within the last 6 months
- Working knowledge of PropertyMe, Property Tree or a similar platform
- Two contactable references
- Reliability, presentation and the confidence to walk into a new office and get moving
