We are currently seeking interest for an Administration Officer (AO2). The prospect will be to work primarily at our Senior Campus currently supporting the education of approximately 950 students in Years 2 to Year 6 with potential days to work at our Junior Campus that opened at the beginning of 2026 and supports the education of approximately 450 Prep and Year 1 students. As the Administration officer, you will work alongside a small team under the supervision of the Business Manager. School Administration Officers play a vital role in the school community by keeping our office running. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.90FTE), 65 hours per fortnight.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

Your opportunity:
As the Administration officer, responsibilities include:
- Provide effective and efficient general administrative support to work units.
- Provide reception services including receiving telephone calls and visitors to the work unit and where necessary directing these to appropriate areas.
- Sort, distribute and track correspondence and provide a follow up service where necessary.
- Operate and maintain a range of office equipment.
- Assist with ordering, stock control, records and file management and financial management.
- Perform a variety of other administrative or support services as directed by the manager or unit team leader.
- Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner as an active member of a diverse work team.
