Seeking an experienced school leader with a high-level skill set in leading a school-wide Teaching and Learning portfolio, implementing evidence-based strategies, and supporting the engagement and achievement of Middle Years learners across Years 9-10. As Deputy Principal, this role requires a future-focused leader who can build solid community partnerships, lead strategic improvement initiatives, manage resources effectively, and confidently deputise for the Principal when required. About Us
Kingston State College consists of years 7-12 with approximately 800 students, and the Kingston Learning College with 230 students completing 1-3 subjects from years 10-12. We provide a variety of learning opportunities to suit individual needs. Both our campuses accept enrolments from all areas as there is no management plan in place for the College.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide strategic educational leadership by working with the Principal and school community to develop and implement a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Lead with integrity, equity and high expectations by promoting values-based and ethical leadership, socially just practices, and high standards of performance for students and staff.
- Build strong partnerships and collaboration with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business to support student learning and whole-school improvement.
- Drive future-focused improvement and professional growth through strategic planning, lifelong learning, ongoing professional development and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective governance and resource management by understanding and applying relevant legislation and policies, managing resources strategically, and deputising for the Principal when required.
