About the role

We're looking for a Gaming Creator Manager to work directly with our roster of gaming creators to help improve their TikTok LIVE performance through regular creator check-ins, written feedback and growth advice, coaching calls and casual stream visits, reviewing creator data and performance, using training, knowledge base and tools to provide practical recommendations, and supporting creators with LIVE growth questions.

Full training will be provided, and the role will be starting at around 8 hours per week, with the potential option to grow hours and grow in the company over time.

Key responsibilities

- Regular creator check-ins

- Written feedback and growth advice

- Occasional coaching calls and stream visits

- Reviewing creator data and performance





- Using training, knowledge base and tools to provide practical recommendations

- Supporting creators with LIVE growth questions

Availability in the evenings and on the weekend is a must.

About you

- Excellent written communication skills

- Previous customer service experience

- Rapid learner, responsive, and with strong attention to detail

- Strong understanding of streaming and online creator culture

- Availability during weeknights and weekends

- Must currently reside in Australia

It's an added bonus if you have...

- Experience with gaming livestreaming or TikTok LIVE (highly regarded)

- Experience as a streamer, creator manager or community manager (highly regarded)

- Business, management, entertainment, communications, or marketing qualifications (highly regarded)
