- Minimum 3 years’ à la carte experience.

- Confident carrying 3 plates, serving drinks by tray and managing an 8-table section.

Bar Staff

- Minimum 2 years’ barista or cocktail experience.

- Must be 18 or older.

All Applicants

- Well presented, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Available for lunch and dinner shifts across a flexible roster.

- Currently living on the Gold Coast with unrestricted Australian work rights. No relocation applicants.
