About the Role

We are excited to welcome Diploma Qualified Childcare Educators to join our full-time team in Mooloolaba. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Your work will contribute to creating memorable learning experiences that nurture children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate,



play-based learning activities that inspire engagement and growth

- Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming sense of belonging

- Maintain a secure, clean, and well-organised environment compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards

- Observe and document children’s progress and communicate insights to families and colleagues

- Support children’s emotional wellbeing and development of social skills, resilience, and independence

- Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and education

- Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, and child protection requirements

- Engage in professional development and contribute to continuous service improvement

- Communicate regularly with families about their child’s interests and achievements

What We’re Looking For

- Current Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) or actively studying towards it

- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis management certifications

- Working with Children Check clearance

- Passion for nurturing young children and supporting their learning journeys

- Strong understanding of play-based and child-centred educational practices





- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Knowledge of the National Quality Standard and Education and Care Services National Regulations

- Physical ability to engage actively with children and perform all role duties

- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional practice

- Experience in early learning settings highly regarded
