Mitcon Build is looking for an experienced leading hand Residential Carpenter to join our team working across custom homes, high-end renovations, extensions, and residential developments throughout Brisbane.

We are not a volume builder. We focus on quality workmanship, well-run projects, and building homes properly the first time.

We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, can work unsupervised, reads plans properly, and wants to be part of a team that values high standards and strong site culture.

The Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of residential construction, including:

- Leading a small crew of Custom homes

- Framing, lock-up, and fixing

- Cladding, eaves, soffits, and external finishes

- Door and window installation

- Fit-off and internal finishing

- Renovations, extensions, and custom residential builds

- Working closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and the builder to keep projects moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks

- Strong understanding of plans, set-outs, and construction sequencing





- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

- Reliable, punctual, and proactive on site

- White Card

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Own tools preferred
