Description

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced frame and truss or building products operator to become a partner in an established steel frame and truss manufacturing business on the beautiful NSW Far South Coast. The role is unique for its genuine equity pathway — up to 25% ownership earned over time.

Role Overview

• Primary objective: Lead and grow Eden Monaro Frame & Truss — steel frame and truss manufacture on the FRAMECAD light-gauge steel system.

• Market: Residential and commercial builders across the Bega Valley, Sapphire Coast and Snowy Mountains, with flatpack supply available for long-distance delivery.

• Backing: Part of an established regional group spanning plant and machinery, transport, concrete and precast, and quarry products.

• Relocation: Assistance will be provided for candidates moving to the Far South Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Production leadership: Run day-to-day manufacturing — scheduling, output, quality and plant utilisation.

• Estimating and detailing:



Take enquiries from plan to quote to production (FRAMECAD or similar detailing experience an advantage).

• Customer and market growth: Build relationships with local builders and grow the order book.

• Safety: Set and hold a solid safety culture in the factory and on site.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Background in frame and truss manufacturing, light-gauge steel framing, carpentry or building products.

• Mindset: An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves approach — our partners work in the business as well as on it.

• Team: A strong team player who wants to build something for the long term.

Remuneration
