About the role

You'll start by mastering foundational front-of-house Chiropractic Assistant duties, then step into vital para-clinical tasks—preparing patients for digital X-rays, capturing posture photos, and delivering high-value clinical support.

Key responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly, make them feel valued, and ensure every visit is seamless

- Manage payments, phone calls, and practice management software with care and efficiency

- Master patient flow, scheduling, front-of-house systems, and clinic culture during initial training

- Complete technical training and then become lead CA for X-ray prep and posture photography

- Run key clinical support touch-points

Advantages

- Above-award base rate: $32/hr, scaling to $35/hr as a qualified Tech CA

- On a 21-hour weekly roster, earn approximately $5,600 to $6,500 extra per year above the award
