About the Role

Lead the strategic management of CALHN's equipment assets, supporting safe, reliable healthcare delivery across our network.

- Shape asset plans, budgets and investment priorities
- Lead maintenance, renewal and replacement strategies
- Guide asset teams and strengthen governance
- Drive performance, risk management and continuous improvement

About You

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can lead complex asset programs, build strong partnerships and deliver sustainable outcomes across CALHN.

- Lead complex capital programs with sound judgement and initiative
- Apply asset management expertise to support healthcare delivery
- Analyse complex issues and develop clear, strategic recommendations
- Manage major equipment acquisitions, projects and contracts
- Apply procurement,
